A limited liability engineering company, set up in 1966 as Wanson India by A.S. Bhathena, Thermax Limited is registered in Pune and listed on India’s principal stock exchanges. Though a family business, with the family on the Board as Chairperson and Director, the business is run by non-family professional managers.
