Waste Heat Recovery Plants

Thermax has been at the forefront of commissioning waste heat recovery power plants for more than a decade. We have successful installations spread across various applications like Cement waste heat, blast furnace, coke oven, sponge iron, gas turbine exhaust and many others.WHR power plants help the customer in moving towards sustainable operations by reducing the carbon footprint.

Captive Power Plants

Thermax has a proven expertise in setting up fossil fuel based thermal power plants on an EPC basis. Independent Power Plants

Thermax has executed many independent power plants across India and SEA. Our signature 2x150MW coal-based project for Suez GDF (now ENGIE) at Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh is a testimony to our execution capabilities.

Thermax is a leading EPC player for biomass-based independent power plants with global installations. Our expertise in biomass fuelled independent power plants that use a variety of fuels is unmatched. Thermax’s strong R&D support has ensured that we burn more than 150 types of biomass efficiently with adherence to the global emission norms.
