Magna Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. has recognised the care and commitment shown by Thermax Construction Chemicals team. The team worked on the Cosma International project for waterproofing the deck slab and metal sheet joint as well as roofs to arrest the leakages by using high build Thermax polyurethane waterproofing system, which was very critical.
The customer wanted to use a 30-year-old terrace floor of their building as a training room which had developed structural distress due to ageing effect and excessive loading. Thermax helped Krohne Marshall by providing structural retrofitting solutions, saving huge costs and time. The customer appreciated the level of commitment and flexibility exhibited by the whole team at the site.
KION acquired the old plant of Reiter India located near Pune, Maharashtra for further expansion in operations. With this acquisition, Thermax got the opportunity to structurally strengthen the beams and columns of the storage plant by deploying carbon fibre wrapping system, which was successfully executed and much appreciated by the customer.
80% reduction in strength of columns and beams at Saurashtra Chemicals Ltd. necessitated restoration. Thermax carried out structural strengthening using its product, Seismocrete UHP. The customer was extremely impressed by the technical expertise of our applicator, who successfully executed the job, making Thermax a trusted partner.
The customer required an impervious floor that has the ability to withstand high abrasion and is easy to clean. Based on the customer’s need, a solution of Tecfloor® ET 2000 was proposed. The performance of the product met the customer’s expectation, garnering appreciation for Thermax’s technical knowledge in flooring solutions.
